It's on page 145 in the Mel Bay book "Pedal Steel Guitar Method" by Dewitt Scott. I don't know how to send a copy via email - sorry.

There is also a version of that song in the Mickey D tab archive on the psgbeginner site. it is a collection of Mickey's tabs in a zipfile. It can be downloaded from this link:

it will throw an error because it can't preview a zip file, but just press the download button under the message and you'll get it.
